Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mennonite Secrets store and your purchase of our products. By using this store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Who we are. This store is operated by Matteo Cracco ("we", "us"), trading as Mennonite Secrets, based in Poland. Contact: matteo.cracco1@gmail.com

2. Our products. We sell digital products only — downloadable ebooks in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License and permitted use. When you purchase an ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for others, publish, or otherwise make the content available to any third party, in whole or in part, whether free or for payment.

4. Intellectual property. All content — text, design, images, and the ebooks themselves — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership or copyright to you.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, based on your location, and are converted from our base currency using current exchange rates; the exact amount may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations and rounding. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

6. Delivery. Products are delivered electronically. A download link is made available immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to download and save your files.

7. Refunds. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Educational disclaimer. Our content is for general educational purposes only and documents traditional methods. It is not professional, financial, medical, legal, or safety advice. Practices involving food preservation, building, or similar should be carried out with appropriate modern safety guidance. Results vary based on your circumstances, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome or saving.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this store. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where relevant.

11. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
